Our Board

FSV’s Board of Directors is a dynamic and accomplished gathering of diverse professionals interested in working together to move forward an agenda of thoughtful giving, creative solutions that support children and communities, and outreach that is replicable and sustainable.

Mike Greenly Foundation For Small Voices Board Mike Greenly serves as President, Mike Greenly Marketing, Inc. Former Marketing VP, Avon Products. Earned MBA with Distinction in Marketing/Int’l Marketing (NYU). Today: speech and script writer, creative director, speech coach. With Jim Papoulis, Mike wrote “Get Up” by Kimberly Davis (D1 Music, #12 on BILLBOARD Magazine’s “Top Dance Club Songs in America”, Spring 2010.) Also with Jim, Mike wrote “How Many Christmases” featuring Rosanne Cash with 2,000+ young singers from 13 countries. Mike’s partner and musical collaborator is legendary DJ, Tony Smith, who helped establish Disco music and was recognized by BILLBOARD as one of America’s Top 10 DJs.

Andrea Martine is thrilled to serve on the board of the Foundation for Small Voices.  From FSV’s inception, she has served as a volunteer and advocate.  She continues to be awed and inspired by the lives and communities forever changed by our mission.  Andrea has worked for non-profit organizations serving blind and visually impaired men and women for more than 25 years.

JJRJohn J. Romanelli is an investment banker and the founder of Seahawk Advisory, a corporate finance advisory boutique. Seahawk has represented privately held and publicly-traded clients on M&A, restructuring and financing transactions.  Previously, he worked for 25 years at several major investment banking firms, primarily Credit Suisse First Boston, in New York and London, in a variety of client coverage, business development and management roles. He has extensive experience in advising corporate and government clients on strategic and financing matters.  Romanelli earned an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.   He has served on various corporate Boards and is the co-founder of Keystone Weekend. He resides in Laurel Hollow, New York.

Spaulding photoDavid Spaulding provides personalized service to individuals and businesses in tax consulting, tax compliance and controversy, business advisory, and tax planning.  In addition, he offers detailed retirement planning services for individuals and families.  Several years ago, David launched a specialized practice group, the Domestic Partners Network – through the advisory and services of a select group of multi-disciplinary professionals, the DPN offers a comprehensive approach to advising unmarried and same-sex couples, as well as non-traditional families, in the areas of tax compliance, estate and investment planning, insurance and healthcare, immigration and family planning.  As an individual and small business tax practitioner, David focuses on high net worth individuals, executives, professional services, and the performing arts.  David holds a BA from Binghamton University (NY) and an MFA from Temple University (PA).  As a patron of the arts, he is a founding director and treasurer of Scripts UP!, a not-for-profit theatre development group producing new works for the stage.  David has served as Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors for FSV for thirteen years.

Foundation For Small Voices

The Foundation for Small Voices (FSV) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to using music to cross cultural, generational, and ideological boundaries to raise awareness and funds for national and international programs for children. We encourage the use of music as a means to build self-esteem, self-reliance, and a sense of community.
